Alara Community Arts CIC is building an inclusive arts and community hub for Kirkby and the wider Knowsley area. We are moving carefully from vision to delivery — developing the venue, programmes, partnerships and funding that will help local creativity thrive. From a bold idea to a lasting community asset

Alara is now an incorporated Community Interest Company, with governance, safeguarding and delivery plans in place. We are progressing a prospective town-centre home at 9 Market Square while developing the partnerships and investment needed to open it well. Nothing is being rushed: every step is focused on creating something useful, welcoming and sustainable for local people.
